Project description

Bovine embryos produced in vitro are transferred to a cow, resulting in a calving percentage of 40% The goal of this project is to develop innovative methods to optimize the in vitro production protocol, focusing on oocyte maturation. We also aim to identify epigenetic instabilities caused by in vitro procedures by comparing in vitro-derived calves with their artificial insemination-derived siblings.
