Project description

This project exists of four objectives: (1) enlarge the existing microRNA-messengerRNA network in T-ALL and search for long non-coding RNAs with a role in T-ALL, (2) investigate the direct transcriptional control of NOTCH1 on long non-coding RNA expression, (3) identify NOTCH1/lncRNA/miRNA networks and (4) performing functional in vitro and in vivo studies on the selected long-noncoding RNAs.
