Project description

As a foreign visitor, Tamas Szonyi brings important expertise of the hungarian mathematical school to UGent . He is an authority on the polynomial and probabilistic method. These are thwo methods to prove properties of substurctures of finite feometries, which cannot be proven with geometrical techniques. He will give seminar talks and collaborate with UGent researchers.
