Project description
This research aims for an understanding of the structural socio-political transformations provoked by the Philippine land reform program CARP (Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program), through a comparative analysis of CARP-based land reforms and their impact on local power in three research sites in Negros Oriental, Davao del Norte and Central Luzon.
