An excisting microscope will be expanded and fully automated including a micromanipulation system for cell handeling and injection and a high sensitive camera (EMCCD). This configuration allows observation of living cells for extreme long periods in different contrast modi (transmission, fluorescence, differential phase contrast) and allows manipulation of cells and organs after injection with specific pharmaca.
