Project description

This application concerns a budget for a substantive update and verification of the antibiotic guide for outpatient practice. Given the evolution of the medical and epidemiological context, it is necessary to develop a revised up-to-date version on a regular basis. Because a similar antibiotic guide for the hospitals has recently been updated and the latest version of the guide for ambulatory practice dates back to 2012, a substantive update and alignment of these guidelines is therefore necessary. The guide for ambulatory practice will be updated by a group of experts with methodological and clinical expertise, knowledge of the literature and of the published Belgian guidelines (Domus Medica, BAPCOC, external experts). The content will be tailored to the latest edition of the antibiotic guide for Belgian hospitals mentioned above.
