Project description

The knowledge about embryonic development of nematdes is mainly focussed on the modelorganism Caenorhabditis elegans and close relatives. The purpose of this project is to study the embryonic development of species from the basal clades I and II with 4D microscopy and microinjection of lineage tracers. The regulative capacity of these embryos will be studied with laserablation and micromanipulation.
