Project description
This proposal focuses on the development of youth borderline personality pathology from transactional processes between borderline symptoms and (dysfunctional) parenting across childhood and adolescence. These bidirectional influences are examined from a between and a within-individual multi-informant perspective, exploring how (fluctuations in) early borderline symptoms and parenting influence each other over time and shape the developmental outcome of youth borderline pathology.
