Structural health monitoring (SHM) has become a central topic in the scientific community in recent decades. Vietnamese government has invested a large amount of money in building infrastructure development. However, the structures are often degraded quickly. This leads to adverse consequences such as damage, and reduction in structure’s lifespan. Therefore, SHM is extremely necessary for infrastructures.
