General purpose
The main objective of this project is the realization of a smart potato storage with the product as the most important  starting point. On the one hand, the project partners want to collect knowledge about the factors affecting the shelf life of potatoes determine. On the other hand, the project aims at updating the parameters that are linked to storage infrastructure. Both together will lead to handles (decision tree) to control the climate in storage according to the product.
