Project description
 

Necroptosis is a regulated form of cell death, and of special importance during inflammatory responses. From a previous screen, we identified novel regulators of necroptosis. After validation, a search for the molecular mechanism starts (i.e. ffects on initiation, propagation, execution, or rather a preconditioning mechanism). The crosslink between metabolism and regulated cell death is unclear and will be further investigated.
