Project description
Targeted metabolomics is a key approach in biotechnology. Here, we want to replace our end-of-life analytical platform with a UHPLC coupled to a RI, UV and MS detector securing our analytical capacity for simultaneous, accurate and sensitive analysis of central metabolism and plant metabolites to study the synthesis and the role of plant metabolites in plant, industrial and biomedical biotechnology.
