Project description
 

An LCMS is requested composed out of an HPLC with gradient pump and UV-DAD detector, coupled to a mass spectrometer with ESI and APPI ionization source. This equipment will allow analysis of complex synthetic mixtures as well as natural products towards their molecular composition with simultaneous determination of the UV-spectrum and molecular mass of the components present.
