Project description

N-glycan analysis by capillary electrophoresis-laser induced fluorescence detection on DNA-sequencers was originally developed in the Callewaert lab and has evolved to a standard technology in glycobiological research. Thousands of samples are analysed annually in our laborator, for our own research and for that of several UGent colleagues in multiple faculties, for example for diagnostics research and for investigations on glycoprotein vaccines.
