Project description

The
context
of
rural
and
urban
preschool
teachers’
professional
development
will
be
used
as
a
case
to
study
the
variables
that
affect
adequate
professional
development
of
preschool
teachers.
We
will
investigate
and
measure
how
Preschool
Teachers’
Standards
fit
in
the
different
contexts,
to
what
extent
they
have
been
achieved,
to
what
extent
the
support
can
be
given.
Parents,
school
leaders
and
teacher
educators
are
also
involved
in
the
survey
of
preschool
teachers.
