Project description
The spin-freezing process, part of a novel freeze-drying method, involves vial rotation along its longitudinal axis while a nozzle directs cooling gas to freeze the liquid. Using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), we analyze nozzle configurations to optimize cooling performance and meet GMP requirements, ensuring an efficient and compliant process design.
