The "Mobility" section is a part of the Flemish "Policy Research Centre for Housing and Space". The basic research aims at the analysis and understanding of mutual relationships between mobility and infrastructural dyanmics and spatial developments. This applies to both social and economic aspects of mobility. The goal is to grasp the impact of spatial trends, developments and transformations in the field of mobitlity and infrastructure on the spatial structure for Flanders.
