Project description

Understanding the impact of the current economic crisis on men and women is important to design effective policies in pursuing gender equality. This project studies how the current economic crisis is affecting gender wage gaps in Europe. Their variation is decomposed to understand the impact of trends in gender differences in the distribution of individual characteristics and in their rewards.
