Project description

The pathofysiology and classification of epilepsy in dogs will be studied by functional imaging and signal analysis of the brain. Furthermore, the workingmechanism and efficacity of vagal nerve stimulation will be investigated by using functional imaging and signal analysis in normal dogs and in dogs with epilepsy. Here the dog can function as a good model for human epilepsy.
