Project description

River ecosystems are complex ecosystems where vegetation, flow and morphology are subjected to intense interactions. By setting up a scientific research community it is possible to exchange the acquired knowledge of Flemish partners (Hydraulics Laboratory – Ghent University & Ecosystem management research group – University of Antwerp) together with (field)data with external partners, by organizing symposia and setting up new research proposals.
