The decrease in the level of university education in the DRC is a known fact and a concern expressed both by the department and by the actors of international cooperation. The higher and university education system in the DRC is marginal position compared to universities in other neighboring countries and the world. Following an identification mission and a listening conference seven partner universities were selected to develop a transversal project with the VLIR-UOS which will focus on quality assurance in these universities
