Project description

The proposed research project will examine how within-individual variability on Big F ive traits affects the dynamics of teachers’ performance, and how this is related to situational variability as defined by recently developed situational taxonomies (using both self- and observer-ratings). This will be assessed using experience sampling methodology and a situational judgement test.
