Project description

This ConcepTT is first of all focused on PoC and patent filing for use of amphiphilic PAOx for the sustained release market, and secondely we want to evaluate the best approach to further maximize the valorisation of our IP (including earlier patent applications) in the broad excipients market, going beyond sustained release.

This ConcepTT will allow us to (1) expand the PoC data to other poly(2-oxazoline) derivatives and file a broad patent application on the use of amphiphilic poly(2-oxazoline)s in formulation, (2) validate our preliminary excellent in vitro results benchmarking them against commercial formulations, (3) address industry leaders with a strong unique value proposition and a protected technology, (4) determine the optimal valorization track, namely licensing or spin-off track.
