Project description
By understanding (through the ideas of Thomas Kuhn), simulate (thanks to agent-based models) and testing of empirical patterns (thanks to large scientometric datasets) I will develop a framework to make normative claims about the desirability of scientific macropolicy in order to better understand the nature of scientific progress and how to foster it.
