Project description
Adolescence is a turbulent period. A process that can help adolescents to better handle these agerelated stressors is emotion regulation (ER). With the current project we aimed to investigate what the most effective ER strategies (ERS) and skills are. Both experimental studies with psychophysiological measures, as well as experience sampling studies were conducted to address this broad question.
