Project description
 This PhD project focuses on the muscle fiber type composition measurement and its influence on physical performance in elite team sports. There are three main subjects: 1. Optimizing biopsy-based muscle fiber type measurement 2. Non-invasive methods to estimate fiber type composition 3. Linking muscle fiber type composition in elite team sports to physical match performance by position-time data analysis
