Project description

Strategies (strategic objectives - operational objectives - activities - activities) determine on the basis of current data to make adults aware, to overcome barriers and promote skills, facilitate and make evident to eat healthy and get enough exercise. A. Environmental-oriented: taking the necessary environmental measures in order to achieve an optimal, balanced and varied diet intake (energy intake) and increasing physical activity (energy). b. Individual-directed: Adults raise awareness of their own eating and exercise habits, the importance of a good energy and their skills to make a good balanced food choices and exercise more.
