Project description

The objectives of this assignment for the Belgian Technical Cooperation (BTC) are: 1) to develop an integrated policy for the internal mainstreaming of HIV/AIDS in BTC and 2) to evaluate the HIV/AIDS expert post at the BTC country office in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. The first objective emanates from the AIDS policy approved by the Belgian Development Cooperation and the decision of the BTC to operate according to the principles of corporate social responsibility.
