This study aims to evaluate different slopes of management of crop residues in the broad sense with regard to the environmental impact (avoiding loss of nutrients), technical feasibility and economic consequences. The potential of greetings in conjunction with catch crops or alternative cultivation rotations with vegetables should be examined in this context. The results of the study are to result in a code of good practice for vegetable crops
