The planned podcasts on mental health, developed in collaboration with Onbespreekbaar, aim to break stigma, foster recognition, and encourage reflection. Promoters Vanheule, Rutten, and Bracke will be interviewed respectively on normality in mental health, the influence of media and culture, and the role of social determinants. The podcasts will be distributed via the popular platform Onbespreekbaar, which reaches 117,000 listeners monthly. The promoters also have a large reach through social media and academic channels, reaching a broad audience, including researchers and professionals within mental healthcare. By leveraging these channels, we aim for an inclusive and supportive society focused on strengthening the mental health of all citizens.
