Project description

This project focuses on the development of cationic polymers for transfection of pDNA based on expansion of the UGent proprietory cationic polymer platform. Besides the synthesis of novel polymer derivatives, the project includes pDNA transfection studies with single plasmids and multiple plasmids for production of recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) vectors.
