Project description

This interuniversity project aims to analyse the folding and function of proteins. Proteins act in a cell generally in a complex with other proteins to deliver a functionality to cell. Our goal is to determine the interactions between those proteins. As a model system, we focus on proteins involved in bacterial resistance against antibiotics.
