Project description

Recently, in a collaboration between both research groups, a solid-supported chemical protocol was developed allowing the protecting group-free preparation of sequence-defined multi-functionalized oligomers (Angewandte Chemie 2013). In order to fully explore the further scope of this method (chain length, identity side groups, stereochemistry, …) and establish structure-property relationships, parallel synthesis of multiple species is required. Hence, high-throughput automation is indispensable.
