Project description

This research proposal encompasses the development and production of  advanced cell and gene therapies for testing  patients with cancer in the context of a clinical trials. These therapies include chimeric antigen receptor T cells, directed against CD70 for cutaneous T cell lymphoma, and therapeutic RNA vaccines targeting neoantigens. These vaccines are formulated as dendritic cell vaccines or as lipid nanoparticles. Each of these advanced therapies are assessed for safety, feasebility and efficacy based on clinical responses and immunological responses.
