Project description

PHB is an interesting molecule to study the effects on the microbiology and the nutrition of aquatic animals PHB is probably lowering the pH in gastro-intestinal tract, avoiding proliferation of pathogens, such as Vibrio. This project will focus on the emerging interest in the interaction between microbiological and nutritional research.
