Project description

Firstly, the interaction of antigen and the APN receptor is studied using polymeric and monomeric F4, and antibodies against APN, and endocytosis and transcytosis will be analysed in APN expressing cells. Secondly the early cytokine signals by the enterocytes and DCs following contact with these different antigens is studied.
