Project description

Studying the morphology of vertebrates requires an analysis from the macroscopic to the microscopic level of discrimination. For a proper microscopic analysis, being able to use semi- to ultra-thin sections is a prerequisite, for which histological sections thinner than 5 micrometer are needed. To do this, a microtome equipped with a diamante knife is crucial.
