high through-put screening
Project description
In this project we aply flow cytemetry for high through-put screening of the interaction between vaccine micropartciles and immune cells. Microparticulate vaccine formulation has emerged as an attractive strategy to induce broad, cellular as well as humoral, immune responses against poorly immunogenic recombinant antigens.
