This research has two main parts. Firstly, there’s a contextual legal historical analysis of Belgium’s legal periodicals, putting the focus on tendencies and triggers responsible for the production and disappearance of those journals. The second part juxtaposes Belgium’s seven most important legal periodicals in history next to one another.
