Project description

The aim of this project is to understand the characteristics of fatty acid-based formulations during thermal processing and storage, and to relate these characteristics to the dissolution behavior of the dosage form. Multiparticulate dosage forms will be prepared via hot-melt extrusion, prilling and co-extrusion.
