The project will develop a strategic start-up methodology and mechanisms (driving forces, sharing the benefits and obstacles) to involve the private and the public sector in REDD + activities. It will i) drivers to occur REDD + activities are being developed to engage; ii) the obstacles are identified herein; and iii) the institutional and human capacity to attract REDD + funding are strengthened.
