Project description

The research project explores crime trips and how physical surroundings contribute to the so-called iter criminis. The aim of the project is to pinpoint principles, patterns and typologies in offender mobility. We focus on patterns of individual offenders in terms of three aspects of journey-to-crime research: where they start, the direction they travel and the distance they cover.
