Project description
This project will study population-genetic structure and cryptic diversity of selected marine nematode morphospecies, and assess autecological differences between closely related species new to science, and collect substantial multilocus gene sequence data which will serve as a reference database for next generation sequencing analyses of marine nematode community structures and diversity.
