Project description

The objective of htis project is to load an acellular platelets. Loaded matrices will be seeded with myofibroblasts and endothelial cells. Repopulation of the matrix will be stimulated by a pulsatile conditioning system (biorector). Bio-active recellularized matrices will be implantedin the pulmonary position in sheep.
