Project description

New NMR techniques, based on diffusion and relaxation measurements, will be developped to study supramolecular assemblies. These will be applied within the framework of the structure-function relationship study of synthetic variants of the biological active pseudodesmin A, a self-assembling cyclic lipodepsipeptide. Furthermore, the impact of biomolecular self-association on the relaxation parameters and the impact on dynamics studies will be investigated.
