Project description
 

The main goal of this project will be to establish the potential of CAR T cell technology in the treatment of latent HIV infections. In a first phase the protocol to produce HIV specific CAR T cells will be optimized. Subsequently, the HIV specific activity of these cells will be verified, first in vitro and then ex vivo
