Project description

The putative function of protocadherin-10 as tumor suppressor in a variety of human cancer types will be characterized by specific Pcdh10 gene knockout experiments in the mouse. Molecular partners of short and long Pcdh10 isoforms will be searched for in various means, in first instance by the MAPPIT procedure. Functional consequences of such interactions will be addressed in various appropriate assays.
