Project description

Fundamental problems will be tackled to allow further development of self healing concrete for practical application. healing agents will be further modified. Suitable encapsulation materials which are able to survive concrete manufacturing will bedeveloped using materials which evolve in brittleness. Additionally, it will be investigated whether self-healing can result in a increased corrosion resistance.
