The research analyzes the power relationships that impact women’s health decisions and will address the role of the local health system and the social safety network. This set of issues/institutions is shaped by wider social determinants of health and gendered dynamics within family and community. The study analyzes how breast cancer patients cope and make decisions amid these dynamics.
