Project description

At the faculty of veterinary medice, there is one 2-laser analytical flow cytometer which is intensively used for research purposes. To support current and future projects on pig, poultry, cow and sheep species, an upgrade is necessary. First, new software will allow the analysis of secreted proteins with the "multi-bead array" technology and the correct validation of analysis results. The use of the multi-well sampler is a significant added value for the large animal studies.
